As part of the Climate Week at Columbia Engineering 2026 programming this coming September, we are organizing an invite-only breakfast for participating center directors and select senior industry executives on Tuesday, September 22nd from 8:30-11:00AM. Co-hosted by Columbia Engineering Dean Shih-Fu Chang and Bloomberg LP CTO Shawn Edwards, the gathering is a unique opportunity for industry attendees to meet center directors and provide an informal networking opportunity in Alfred Lerner Hall, Room 555, 5th Floor, 2920 Broadway, New York, NY.
All Center directors hosting an event during Climate Week at Columbia Engineering have confirmed their availability and will present at this event, including Helen Lu (Gotham Foundry), V. Faye McNeill (Clean Air Toolbox for Cities & EarthON Foundation), Alan West and Dan Steingart (Columbia Electrochemical Energy Center), Carlos Paz-Soldan (Columbia Fusion Research Center), Pierre Gentine (Learning the Earth with Artificial Intelligence and Physics - LEAP), Matthias Preindl (Columbia Center of Advanced Electrification), and Greeshma Gadikota (Lenfest Center for Sustainable Energy - LCSE).
This event is part of Climate Week at Columbia Engineering.
